Do you enjoy working with other people and want a job that fulfills you? Then become a JuniorFEX!
Become a JuniorFEX in one of the following apprenticeships:
- Cook - Kitchen - 3 years
- Caterer - Kitchen + Restaurant - 4 years
- Restaurant specialist - Restaurant - 3 years
- Hotel and restaurant specialist - Reception/office + restaurant - 4 years
- Hotel and catering trade - Reception/office - 3 years
- Internship - Restaurant/Kitchen/Reception - 3 months
We have many professionals and ÖHV-certified instructors in the house, as your role models, who pass on their knowledge and are there to help and advise you.
We also offer apprenticeships with Matura, which we are happy to support you in. In addition, we offer you numerous further training courses during your apprenticeship - that is a matter of course for us!

As a JuniorFEX the possibilities are unlimited
Our training program enables you as a JuniorFEX to take part in a wide variety of competitions. Our team has already been able to take home some successes - we are particularly proud of this!
In 2023, Christian Handl impressed with some FEXcellent performances:
- Awarded the Stars of Styria
- Two times excellent success at the LAP
- 2nd place at the Junior Skills Styria
- 3rd place at the Austria Skills
- 3rd place at the Falstaff Young Talents Cup
And in 2024, Christian Handl and Angelika Lemmerer were once again awarded the Stars of Styria.

Junior Skills
We took part in the Junior Skills Austria again this year. The Austrian Skills are three-day, subject-specific competitions in which the best young skilled workers in Austria demonstrate their skills in their profession. This year, our trainee Olivia Anichhofer took part and was honored for her great participation by Provincial Councillor MMag. Barbara Eibinger-Miedl on May 6th in the Graz Landhaus.
