I have been with us since 2019 and FEXtra cleanliness is enormously important to me here at the Natur- und Wellnesshotel Höflehner! I train our FEXtrem well-behaved housekeeping team on this every day.
I am currently doing an apprenticeship as a hotel and restaurant specialist. I'm currently working in service, but I'm also looking forward to my time at reception, where I'll be welcoming and saying goodbye to guests with a smile!
Since the beginning of 2020, I have been able to gain experience in the event sector in various areas and have been able to use my knowledge as EventFEX at the Natur- und Wellnesshotel Höflehner since May 2022.
I love to help from the heart, not only do I like to advise our guests, but I also help my colleagues when they have a twinge. Because when the body feels good, the soul feels even better...
After all, they are the heart of every business. For this reason alone, it has always been a matter of concern to us that investments also directly reach the employees and that they also benefit from them. We listen and adapt - for example, new office space, a tasteful staff canteen, but also our kitchen and the service office were recently enlarged so that our employees have good hardware for their strenuous work!
