Caterer - Kitchen + Restaurant - 4 years
Restaurant specialist - Restaurant - 3 years
Hotel and restaurant specialist - Reception/office + restaurant - 4 years
Hotel and catering trade - Reception/office - 3 years
Internship - Restaurant/Kitchen/Reception - 3 months

We have many professionals and ÖHV-certified instructors in the house, as your role models, who pass on their knowledge and are there to help and advise you.
We also offer apprenticeships with Matura, which we are happy to support you in. In addition, we offer you numerous further training courses during your apprenticeship - that is a matter of course for us!

Our daily training, at the Nature and Wellness Hotel Höflehner ****S, of our JuniorFEX is one of our priorities, as we want to offer them the opportunities to develop and improve their skills and talents. They have the chance to complete their training in an area of their choice and start their career in the hotel industry.

Our training programme even enabled our JuniorFEX, Christian Handl, to participate in Junior Skills Austria and the Falstaff Young Talents Cup. We are proud of his successes and that such a talent is part of our team.

Junior Skills

We were there! After a long break, the Junior Skills Styria took place again this year on 26.01. at the Landesberufsschule Bad Gleichenberg. In this competition the apprentices demonstrate their skills in the field of tourism. Our apprentices Elisa, Angelika and Christian accepted the challenge and proved their professional know-how among a total of 69 apprentices.

Elisa Weidenholzer and Angelika Lämmerer completed the demanding competition very successfully.
Christian Handl achieved a phenomenal 2nd place and is now allowed to participate in the Junior Skills Austria in April.
